Site-Planning
We understand the challenges facing developers and how difficult it is to pair a site with the end use. We routinely help our clients come up with design solutions - both modular and traditional - for properties ranging from 0.25 to over 140 acres.
Multi-Family
Multi-family architecture combines repetition and simplicity in plan view, but challenges designers to bring creativity and energy to the exterior. (And, we think this architecture - whether modular or traditional - is a lot of fun!) We help our developer partners evaluate the benefits for various solutions: two-story row houses, three-story garden style with central stairs, internal corridors with elevators, elevated buildings on podiums, underground parking solutions and more to meet each project’s budget and target market.
Townhomes & Rowhouses
R3B has developed a large library of townhouses compatible with traditional or modular construction sized to fit any lot size. They can be configured as duplex, triplex or row house to fit any neighborhood as an infill solution or a new development. Typical widths start at 16’ for a single structure. We have 1, 2, 3, & 4 bedroom unit configuration across 1-4 floors with additional options for accessory dwelling units. Sizes start around 600 sq. ft. and go up to 3500 sq. ft.
Cabins & Tiny Homes
These concepts were originally designed as a modular solution to allow for quick site delivery with low impact to the surrounding habitat. Intended for four-season use, the boxes are completely finished on the inside with all equipment, lighting, plumbing, etc… and ready for site connections. We have multiple plan options for individual structures or for clients people in starting a camp or rental village.
Single Family & Commercial
We believe in long term client relationships, and while multi-family is our focus, we support our clients as their needs evolve into the single-family space.
